Senior🎓
Top SchoolEduard Gamonal is an engineering manager based in Barcelona with 12 years of hands-on software and leadership experience, currently shaping teams and delivery at Typeform. He blends pragmatic engineering—comfortable across back-end and cross-functional projects—with a people-first management style that prioritizes simplicity and fast value delivery. He has a track record of moving between senior developer and manager roles, leading both steady teams and ad-hoc cross-disciplinary efforts that changed company ways of working. A decade-long Mozilla contributor who localized Firefox into Catalan, he brings a community-minded perspective and strong communication skills for partnering with non-technical stakeholders. Outside tech he volunteers as a RIB skipper and has dive-master experience, hinting at calm leadership under pressure and a preference for hands-on problem solving.
