Top SchoolEduardo Gadotti is a Cybersecurity Manager based in Santa Catarina, Brazil, with two decades of technology experience and nine years focused on information security and application hardening. He leads cross-functional teams in governance, compliance and secure development at Fácil Espaider, driving ISO 27001 initiatives, internal/external audits, and organization-wide awareness programs including internal phishing. A hands-on former full-stack .NET developer and offensive security engineer, he pairs practical coding skills (C#, .NET Core, Python) with pentesting tools like Burp, OWASP ZAP and sqlmap to translate vulnerabilities into prioritized remediation and measurable security metrics. His background building high‑availability web and financial systems for major clients (Ambev, Coca‑Cola, Dell, Heineken, Santander, Globo, IBM) gives him a pragmatic view of aligning security with business objectives. Known for running developer-focused security training and co-founding internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, he combines technical depth with a talent for making security accessible to engineering teams.
