Top SchoolEgor Ilchenko is a Senior Backend Engineer and Technical Lead with 11 years of experience building scalable, cloud-native systems using Java, Kotlin, Scala and Python. He designs and operates resilient AWS infrastructures (ECS, Lambda, RDS) and has owned end-to-end stacks—from spatial ML pipelines processing LiDAR at FarmTogether to real-time serverless multiplayer side projects. Comfortable in flat, remote teams, he pairs hands-on implementation with technical mentoring and cost-conscious infrastructure management. His work at Pronounce focuses on improving product impact for language learners while keeping services reliable and efficient. A curious problem-solver by nature, he continuously experiments with new architectures and brings practical, production-minded solutions from prototype to live service.
