Top SchoolEgor Kloos is a Senior Frontend Developer based in Rotterdam with 12 years of professional experience and a career in design-driven front-end engineering that stretches back to implementing web designs since 1997. He specializes in design systems, web components and design tokens, currently co-developing Tractie—an enterprise-wide Design System for Nederlandse Spoorwegen—to streamline internal application development. As a Principal Frontend Developer and former Practice Lead at Informaat, he combines hands-on implementation, tooling selection and architecture advice to help organisations adopt consistent, scalable UX solutions. Egor has a long history of translating visual design into robust, reusable code across publishers, e-commerce, enterprise and government clients, and he runs a pro-bono design-front-end consultancy for non-profits. He brings both deep front-end craft and stakeholder-facing product coordination to projects, pairing technical stewardship with practical roadmapping. Notably, his work is rooted in decades of real-world design implementation rather than purely academic titles, giving him pragmatic insight into what actually ships.
