Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolEirik Steira is a full‑stack systemutvikler based in Oslo with eight years of experience building production web applications using React/Next and Java/Kotlin. He combines practical startup experience (Vouch, Favrit) and enterprise internships (Oda, Bouvet) with product-minded work at Alv AS, focusing on shipping usable features that solve real customer problems. Holding an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from NTNU with specialization in machine learning and large language models, he brings ML-informed perspectives to web engineering projects such as image-recognition efforts for product data quality. Colleagues know him for pragmatic engineering—improving systems end-to-end from UI to backend—and for turning internship prototypes into long-lived product features. He balances deep technical curiosity with a focus on measurable impact, often choosing solutions that scale in both code and team processes.
