Senior🎓
Top SchoolEli Jordan is a seasoned engineering leader and Head of Architecture at Experian Marketing Services with 11 years of experience designing and operating high-scale JVM systems. He’s a strong backend architect and Scala/Java practitioner who has led global teams to build observability platforms, multi-active event-driven replication, content management and access-control systems that process hundreds of millions of events per day. Passionate about functional programming, static typing and purity, Eli applies those principles to improve correctness and maintainability across complex distributed systems. His career spans hands-on delivery and people leadership at Tapad and IBM, where pragmatic performance work produced measurable gains (eg. 25% faster publishing and 50% more capacity). Based in Oslo, he combines deep technical craft with architectural stewardship to turn hard distributed problems into reliable, production-ready platforms.
