Top SchoolElia Maggioni is a DevOps and Cloud engineer with nine years of hands-on experience building and operating production infrastructure across AWS and Azure, currently driving DevOps at Cradle. He combines deep software engineering skills (TypeScript, Node.js, Java, Python, C#) with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps tooling—Terraform, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions—to deliver reliable CI/CD and observability stacks. Elia has designed private k8s clusters, EFK/Prometheus monitoring, and secure networking for startups and enterprise teams, and contributed to a modular blockchain testnet and AI chatbot platforms. His academic work includes research on crypto-arbitrage/MEV and distributed storage, reflecting a strong mathematical and systems mindset beyond day-to-day ops. As a former PoliNetwork president and head of IT, he blends technical delivery with leadership in student-run initiatives, often turning limited resources into production-grade services. Based in Zurich with degrees from Politecnico di Milano, he’s an operator who enjoys pushing the boundary between research and production-ready cloud solutions.
