Senior🎓
Top SchoolElias Gabriel is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building scalable, production-grade systems and leading small product teams. Currently at Indico Data he architected GraphQL/REST APIs and a fully asynchronous ETL pipeline for an insurance-focused product, improving ingestion resiliency 3x and performance 2.5x, and previously designed a vector- and facet-based document warehouse using Weaviate. He co-founded and serves as CTO of The Glass Files, driving a privacy-first platform while mentoring apprentices and cutting platform tech debt to boost performance by 90%. A pragmatic engineer with strong DevOps chops from leading cloud migrations and CI/CD efforts that reduced infrastructure costs by 70%, Elias blends hands-on implementation with product-minded architecture. He pairs an Engineering with Computing degree and sustainability focus with a knack for creative, user-centered solutions—on Windows, he jokes, that makes a programming enthusiast “insane².”
