Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolElias Norrby is a pragmatic full-stack software engineer with 11 years of hands-on experience, currently building solutions at Bemlo and fluent in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript. Trained as an engineering physicist, he brings a problem-solving mindset to software, favoring automation and developer experience improvements—from CI/CD and dependency management to git workflows and code styling. His background spans embedded-lean languages (C++, C#), scripting (Python) and long-term consulting stints that sharpen his ability to deliver for both clients and internal teams. Elias enjoys optimizing team workflows as much as writing features, and often focuses on tooling and automation that reduce friction in day-to-day development. Based in the Greater Uppsala area, he pairs a technical curiosity with a collaborative approach and a willingness to deep-dive into both infrastructure and product-level problems.
