Senior🎓
Top SchoolEmil Gotsev is an engineering leader with 13 years of hands-on Java, Go, and Python experience who now focuses on growing high-performing teams and streamlining delivery as Engineering Manager at Trading 212. He blends pragmatic software craftsmanship—XP, Scrum, and TDD—with product-minded architecture work, having led payments and cards domains through legacy modernization and greenfield product delivery. Emil favors simplicity and proven engineering principles (Spring ecosystem, RDBMS-first), but brings practical familiarity with key-value stores, Cassandra, and frontend work in React/Angular. He’s played roles across the stack and organization—from architect and product owner to interviewer and org designer—helping introduce cross-functional teams and senior career ladders.
