Senior🎓
Top SchoolEmil Jimenez is an AWS Customer Success Manager with nine years of hands-on software and cloud experience, blending deep technical craftsmanship with customer-facing training and enablement. Self-taught since middle school, he has repeatedly automated manual workflows—from campus navigation and certificate generation to call-center dashboards—demonstrating a knack for turning week-long processes into minutes. At AWS he moved from associate trainer to learning architect and now CSM, delivering large-scale instructor-led programs, a featured re:Invent lab, and developer-focused labs built with TypeScript CDK. Comfortable across frontend, backend, mapping APIs, and AI-driven image processing, Emil pairs practical coding skills with product-minded efficiency to improve operations at scale. Based in Greater Boston, he brings a rare mix of classroom teaching, developer tooling, and customer success that helps teams adopt and operationalize cloud solutions.
