Senior🎓
Top SchoolEmmanuel Charpentier is a seasoned Lead Dev based in Paris with 15 years of experience delivering end-to-end, production-grade software for public sector and enterprise clients. He has led migrations (AngularJS to Angular), designed microservices, and overseen teams up to 10 engineers while keeping a strong focus on architecture, security and auditability. His background spans payments, dematerialization and high-volume document processing, plus early work on e‑administration and large-scale educational platforms that required planning for millions of users. A pragmatic advocate of Free Software, Emmanuel combines hands-on development, ops experience and project leadership to carry ambitious projects from specification to live users. Notably, he pairs older systems expertise (J2EE, XSLT, Tomcat) with modern stacks and microservice patterns, enabling durable, independent solutions.
