Top SchoolEmmanuel Marboeuf is a seasoned founder and engineering leader with nearly a decade building and scaling AI-driven recruiting products from prototype to $9M+ ARR. As Visage.jobs CTO he architected a 99.99% available, privacy-first platform that ships code daily, builds proprietary models and automates top-of-funnel hiring with 86% match accuracy—enabling enterprises to replace hours of sourcing with minutes of decision-making. Now co-founding BWorlds, he helps teams productize AI safely and move projects from “it runs” to “it’s ready.” His background spans full-stack engineering, CI/CD, data visualization and security from early web and mobile prototypes to leading distributed teams across Europe and the US. Notably, he combined hands-on coding with company-building—setting up a French subsidiary’s legal and ops while scaling global product engineering.
