As CEO of HyperRealm Studios and a former business analyst/scrum master, he blends hands-on operational delivery with strategic business development to build immersive tech and CRM solutions. He has a track record of founding and scaling units into profitable businesses, closing six-figure deals, and leading multi-team projects while coaching emerging analysts. Emmanuel pairs an MBA with deep enterprise IT roots—from infrastructure and core banking application management to service desk and collaboration systems—giving him a rare end-to-end perspective on product, ops, and customer experience. Passionate about youth empowerment and inclusive leadership, he serves on boards and mentors MBA students to bridge industry and education.
