Top SchoolEqbal Qur'an is a seasoned technology executive and Chief AI Officer with 17 years of experience building scalable platforms, leading large engineering teams, and driving AI-first transformations across logistics, gaming, F&B, and marketplace businesses. He has scaled systems and teams—from refactoring core codebases to growing engineering organizations of 100+—and consistently aligns AI architecture and product strategy with measurable business outcomes like cost reduction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. At Ninja he’s building the AI function from scratch to become an economic engine, while previous CTO roles at MRSOOL, Playhera, and Eazli show a track record of delivering high-traffic, compliant, and AI-integrated ecosystems. Technically fluent across Ruby/Rails, Python, cloud architectures, MLOps, and vector search tooling, he blends hands-on engineering with executive strategy and governance. Notably, he pairs product-centric team transformations with practical AI monetization and agentic sub-agent frameworks rather than chasing hype. Based in Riyadh, he combines regional market knowledge with global engineering practices to scale AI in regulated and fast-moving environments.
