Senior🎓
Top SchoolErdem Tsynduev is a Senior Android Developer with over 8 years focused on Android and more than a decade in IT, known for launching 15+ apps that together exceed 2M monthly active users. He specializes in high-scale mobile architecture, BLE/IoT integrations, advanced mapping, AR/VR and on-device ML, and has a track record of shrinking feature delivery time and improving stability through reusable modules and architecture work. At his current role he scaled scooter rental apps to 2M+ MAU, implemented a wKey trip flow that cut start time by 70%, and integrated local payment and transit systems to grow adoption. He mentors teams, leads code reviews, and routinely drives release planning and backend integration to balance speed with reliability. Comfortable across Kotlin/Java, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, TensorFlow Lite, Unity and Flutter, he pairs deep telecom and field-engineering roots with hands-on mobile product launches. One less obvious strength: he’s repeatedly delivered offline-first and low-connectivity solutions for field and industrial use, showing an ability to design for real-world constraints.
