Top SchoolEric Guimarães is a senior tech engineer and Site Reliability professional based in São Paulo with over 10 years managing Windows and Linux infrastructure across financial and telecom sectors. He has deep hands-on experience deploying and administering middleware (WebSphere, Tomcat), virtualization (Hyper-V, ProxMox), containerization and CI/CD (Docker, Rancher, Jenkins) and infrastructure automation (Ansible). At C6 Bank and previously PayGo he drove reliability and infrastructure initiatives for mission-critical payment systems, having also led new-initiative infrastructure efforts. His background includes Nagios-based monitoring, ServiceNow ITOM discovery, and scripting for automation, backed by LPI certifications and Linux security training. Comfortable working in bilingual environments, he combines practical operations expertise with architecture-level thinking to bridge DevOps and platform needs. A detail that sets him apart: he has repeatedly moved between hands-on on-call roles and architecture/lead responsibilities, making him effective at both incident response and long-term platform design.
