Top SchoolEric Hideki is an experienced data engineer and Python software developer with 11 years building product- and data-driven solutions across startups and large enterprises in São Paulo. Currently enabling Big Data pipelines at one of Brazil’s largest banks, he brings hands-on engineering paired with product and commercial insight from roles that doubled merchant networks and drove 30% of sales volume using data-led decisions. His background spans backend development, payments integrations, APIs and analytics (SQL, Power BI, Looker, Metabase), plus customer-success leadership that scaled marketplaces to thousands of stores and tens of thousands of monthly users. An MBA in Project Management complements his technical foundation, enabling him to align stakeholders, prioritize roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes. Notably, he moves between strategic product management and low-level engineering—combining payment ecosystem expertise with practical Python development to operationalize data into revenue.
