Senior🎓
Top SchoolEric Hileman is a seasoned founder and technology executive with over two decades of startup-building experience and a decade of recent hands-on leadership driving AI and cloud-native products. As Co-Founder and CEO of Replift AI he blends strategic AI adoption with full‑stack engineering, building RAG systems and integrations across GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA and AWS services while also shipping customer dashboards and billing infrastructure. He previously scaled MageMojo to a $5M ARR SaaS business, led its cloud migration and post‑acquisition integration at Webscale, and has a history of inventing industry-first features in email marketing and multimedia SaaS. Eric combines low-level engineering (C#, high-throughput SMTP engines) with product design and brand work, having personally created logos, websites, and UX for multiple ventures. He’s comfortable operating at the intersection of technical architecture, go-to-market strategy, and M&A execution, and is finishing an MBA at Illinois to formalize his business leadership. A practical technologist with a creative bent, he repeatedly turns research-level ideas (NLP, ML-driven recommendations, streaming) into reliable, revenue-generating products.
