Senior🎓
Top SchoolEric Lu is a technology leader and CTO with over a decade of hands-on experience building products across ecommerce, mobile commerce, robotics, IoT, big data and AI. He has progressed from polyglot full‑stack developer to technical co-founder and executive roles, leading teams to deliver scalable backend systems, real‑time data pipelines and consumer‑facing mobile/web platforms across industries from healthcare to finance and retail. As Deloitte’s Data & AI SME and a serial technopreneur, he combines solution architecture and product leadership to turn emerging technologies—blockchain, cognitive analytics and automation—into practical business outcomes. He has a track record of founding and scaling startup platforms (including an Antler‑backed retail events product) and building region‑first solutions like an uberized caregiver booking platform in SEA. Based in Singapore, he is as comfortable in the codebase as he is recruiting and shaping engineering organizations, with a penchant for marrying rapid iteration with robust data architectures.
