Senior🎓
Top SchoolEric Shank is a Distinguished Engineer with two decades of software development experience and over a decade focused on front-end engineering leadership. Based in Virginia, he has driven front-end strategy and delivery at EVERFI, evolving a React-based platform and maintaining a Backbone/Chaplin course framework while shipping cross-application UI frameworks and an Electron tooling pipeline. He combines hands-on implementation—building interactive course components like video, audio, drag-and-drop, and assessments—with architectural leadership, team building, and product-facing responsibilities. Prior roles span full-stack .NET SaaS architecture, product management, and leading multi-person development teams to production for enterprise customers. Known for turning prototype ideas into production-grade, multi-tenant systems, he pairs practical engineering craft with an eye for developer ergonomics and consistent UX. He brings a rare mix of deep front-end expertise and long-term platform stewardship that keeps large, multi-application products cohesive and maintainable.
