Senior🎓
Top SchoolEric Steen is a Senior Technical Consultant with 15 years of hands-on experience architecting cloud-native, edge, and AI-driven systems for Fortune 500s and startups alike. He blends PMP-trained program leadership with deep technical chops in Kubernetes, GCP/AWS, DevSecOps/MLOps, and streaming/event-driven architectures to turn emergent research (RL, federated learning, neuroevolution) into production-grade platforms. As a founder-engineer he built a quantamental crypto intelligence product and has led AI safety and low-latency sensor projects for autonomous mobility, demonstrating uncommon breadth from embedded avionics-level reliability to cloud-scale orchestration. Known for pragmatic security work—white-hat hacking, incident response, and ML-based intrusion detection—he helps organizations overcome the innovator’s dilemma with measurable performance and anti-fragile design. Based in Austin, he pairs R&D curiosity (Stanford AI coursework) with enterprise delivery at IBM, making novel algorithmic ideas operational and auditable.
