Senior🎓
Top SchoolEric Thelin is an experienced IT consultant and software engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience accelerating delivery through automation, agile practices and close collaboration. He has moved organizations from rare releases to multiple weekly deployments by implementing test automation, CI/CD pipelines and fast feedback techniques, often coaching junior teams to achieve near-zero user interruptions. Comfortable in both startups and large enterprises, he blends roles from technical architect and product owner to quality coach, favoring outcome-driven solutions over feature churn. His background in HCI and long tenure across e-commerce, aviation and payments gives him a pragmatic focus on user value and measurable improvements. Colleagues rely on him to introduce practices like TDD, Specification by Example and ensemble programming—and to actually teach them so they stick.
