Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolErick Maeda is a mobile application developer based in Lisbon with a decade of IT experience and five years focused on mobile-first projects across native Android (Kotlin) and cross-platform frameworks like React Native and Ionic. He blends strong Java/Kotlin fundamentals with a passion for the JavaScript stack—React, React Native and Node.js—delivering production apps with CI/CD, analytics and push integrations. Erick has shipped enterprise healthcare and condominium management platforms, handling offline-first mobile synchronization, internationalization, and complex authentication patterns. He’s comfortable in full-stack contexts, having contributed to backend architectures using .NET Core and PHP when projects required end-to-end ownership. A fast learner and self-starter, he often moves projects from Ionic prototypes to React Native rewrites to improve performance and maintainability. Based in Portugal, he brings pragmatic engineering discipline and a track record of apps published to both Google Play and the App Store.
