Senior🎓
Top SchoolErik Carlstrom is an analytics and product strategy leader with over a decade of hands-on experience turning data into actionable quality-improvement solutions for healthcare and consumer software. As Co-Owner of Carlstrom Consulting he specializes in reporting and dashboarding for rural FQHCs and behavioral health centers, often working directly with Epic EHR, PowerBI, and Tableau to track UDS, APCM, and grant metrics. His background spans product management and technical support at Symantec, where he shipped mobile products, defined global pricing and reduced support volume through automation—skills he now applies to healthcare workflows and compliance. Comfortable across SQL, Excel, and visualization stacks, he pairs a scientific mindset (B.S. in Physics) with practical product instincts developed at scale. Based in New York, he also writes code and music in his spare time, reflecting a creative streak that informs pragmatic, user-centered analytics. Clients value his ability to translate complex clinical requirements into clear, auditable reports that drive measurable improvement.
