Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolErik Martin is a full-stack software engineer with 11 years of experience building customer-facing products and infrastructure at fast-paced startups and nonprofits. He combines over seven years of freelance design work with backend expertise in Go, React, gRPC, and PostgreSQL to ship polished, user-centered features that scale. At artbyFORM he built a music evaluation platform that halved review time and supports a community of 10,000+ artists while helping the nonprofit raise $120K+ and drive 500% event growth. He’s contributed to operational improvements like billing dashboards and onboarding automations in prior roles, and now applies that product-minded engineering at Numerai. Based in Larkspur, CA, Erik blends technical rigor with visual design instincts and a knack for building tools that streamline event and creative workflows. Outside work he tinkers with electronics and curates music, often turning personal creative projects into practical software solutions.
