Senior🎓
Top SchoolErik Peterson is a seasoned technology leader and serial entrepreneur with 16 years of documented experience and roughly 30 years of hands-on engineering and executive work across startups and global enterprises. As CTO and Co-Founder of Powerband.ai he is building the Revenue Truth Engine, embedding AI into the sales experience to accelerate deal velocity. He has repeatedly led cloud and digital transformations—designing enterprise architectures, managing large vendor portfolios, and scaling shared service IT organizations while serving as a fractional CTO and advisor to universities and startups. His background spans R&D at Compaq/HP, energy and manufacturing systems, and CIO-level responsibilities that grew teams and capabilities rapidly. He combines strategic product vision with practical delivery expertise in cloud, analytics, cybersecurity, and integration, and has a Duke MBA plus an electrical engineering degree from BYU. Less obvious: he blends deep technical rescue work (system re‑architectures and recovery) with investor-facing roles, having founded and taken early ventures through public and exit events.
