Software Engineer
Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Poland
Summary
👤
SeniorErnest Suryś is a Software Engineer with 8 years focused on Unity SDK, tools and workflow automation, currently based in Lower Silesia, Poland. He has led SDK and workflow initiatives at Homa and built advertisement-oriented Unity SDKs, CI/CD pipelines and package distribution practices across multiple studios. Ernest excels at turning ad-hoc plugin and native integrations into reusable libraries and scalable packages, improving developer velocity and runtime customization. He pairs hands-on Unity development (AR/VR, iOS/Android/PC) with teaching and tooling—running internal training and designing automation that reduces friction across teams. A pragmatic problem-solver, he often surfaces and addresses integration pain points that aren’t obvious until at scale, like native-to-Unity porting and distributed package maintenance.
