Senior🎓
Top SchoolErnesto Tagwerker is a founder and hands-on CTO with nine years focused on helping companies adopt practical, production-ready AI without the common waste of “AI-for-its-own-sake.” He runs OmbuLabs.ai as a fractional CTO practice that prioritizes problem/solution fit, data readiness, and robust MLOps—moving teams from discovery workshops and rapid prototypes to reliable RAG systems, agents, and custom ML integrated with existing products. Ernesto also founded specialized upgrade services (FastRuby.io and UpgradeJS.com) and a small-business ecommerce product, showing a consistent track record of shipping dependable upgrades and engineering services that minimize disruption. Comfortable translating business goals for non-technical leaders, he’s opinionated about quality, monitoring, and guardrails that turn POCs into trusted features. Based in Philadelphia with deep roots in Linux, Docker, and backend engineering, he blends sysadmin pragmatism with strategic leadership to make AI adoption measurable and sustainable.
