Top SchoolErnie Hsiung is a founder and principal consultant with 11 years of experience building civic tech, web platforms, and grant-backed programs that improve government service access and small business workflows. He led a 16-month civic user-testing initiative that optimized a dozen municipal projects and expanded digital access for over 2 million Miami‑Dade residents, and directed a $102K Knight Foundation grant while managing distributed teams of researchers, designers, and developers. Comfortable shipping production WordPress sites as well as reusable open civic engagement models, Ernie blends hands-on engineering with product strategy, education, and nonprofit leadership. He has an educator’s knack for scaling technical training—mentoring hundreds of full‑stack students with strong placement outcomes—and has defined Inclusive AI and accessibility standards at enterprise scale. Based in Fremont, CA, he combines startup grit, public-sector savvy, and a practical focus on measurable impact, often finding simple automation and AI opportunities that small organizations initially overlook.
