Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolEsa Ruoho is a seasoned QA Engineer in Helsinki with 11 years of hands-on experience testing apps, games and complex SaaS products across iOS, Android TV, tvOS and Unity. He combines meticulous exploratory testing and UX sensitivity—honed also as an electronic musician and sound designer—to catch subtle audio/looping and visual edge cases that automated scripts miss. His background includes launch-scale testing for HBO Max in the Nordics, WebRTC and mobile work at Softability/XReach, and current QA on a gaming-first Chromium browser at Ray Browser. Esa contributes to open-source audio tools like the Surge synthesizer, improving UI, docs and bug fixes, and scripts Renoise with Lua for his music projects. Comfortable communicating with developers and product owners, he surfaces reproducible reports, UX suggestions and automation where it helps, while preferring creative, human-led exploration. Notably, his decades of audio optimization for extreme size-limited projects gives him an unusual ability to spot and diagnose tiny but impactful media defects.
