Top SchoolEshwar Shivakumar is a cloud-native backend engineer with 7 years of experience building resilient, production-grade systems across AWS and Azure. He specializes in microservices, distributed systems, and LLM-powered data pipelines, with recent work delivering healthcare automation that processes 8,000+ insurance claims monthly and achieved 89% extraction accuracy from unstructured medical PDFs. Comfortable owning the full stack, he operationalizes solutions with Docker, Kubernetes (OKE), Jenkins CI/CD, and MLflow for model benchmarking across GPT-4.1, Gemini, and open-source alternatives. A Northeastern CS master’s graduate and holder of two AWS certifications, he balances rigorous system design foundations with practical DevOps discipline. Notably, his integrations cut manual review time by 90% in regulated environments, demonstrating an ability to translate ML experiments into auditable, high-stakes production outcomes.
