Top SchoolEsteban De La Rosa is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building cloud-native systems, migrating monoliths to microservices, and improving platform observability and CI/CD across startups and larger organizations. He excels at pragmatic architectural improvements—implementing BFFs, inversion of control, lambda optimizations, and OpenAPI-driven microservices—to boost performance, maintainability, and developer productivity. Comfortable in remote and cross-functional teams, he enforces schema validation and testing practices that prevent production surprises while accelerating delivery. Based in Santo Domingo Este, he pairs a passion for clean, well-tested code with a knack for “fixing bugs in a fancy way,” often consolidating documentation and tooling to make engineering work more efficient.
