Top SchoolEuclides Catunda is a versatile developer specialist with nearly three decades in IT and nine years focused on software development, currently building mobile apps at Grupo Boticário with a Flutter-first approach. He has led multidisciplinary teams and delivered end-to-end systems across education, public safety, health, retail and large-scale government programs — including digital classrooms, a municipal scholarship program benefiting 16,000+ families, and an access-control system for penitentiaries. Known for applying clean architecture, robust state management and comprehensive testing, he shipped the mobile sales app for Americanas S/A and improved logistics and fleet monitoring for a supermarket chain via satellite-enabled systems. Comfortable shifting between infrastructure, people management and hands-on development, he combines institutional knowledge of public-sector constraints with product-grade engineering practices. Based in Macaé, Brazil, he maintains active projects on GitHub and focuses now on delivering maintainable, test-driven Flutter applications.
