Top SchoolEvangeline Garreau is a creative project coach and former senior UX researcher with 11 years of experience blending software engineering, user research, and behavioral science to help teams and individuals move projects forward. She has led research that materially improved onboarding and emergency-response integrations at utilities, built research practices at startups like Hologram, and shipped user-facing features on large Rails codebases for products serving veterans and families. As a coach she leverages motivational interviewing and UX research methods to turn blockers into pragmatic roadmaps while keeping goals humane and adaptable. Her background as a hands-on engineer and support team lead gives her uncommon empathy for operational constraints and for translating user needs into measurable outcomes. Based in the Greater Chicago Area, she pairs a liberal arts and technical education with a track record of turning complex systems into actionable, stakeholder-aligned work.
