Top SchoolEvangelos Fragkos is a seasoned maritime purchasing manager and ICT operations lead with over 16 years of experience combining supply chain mastery and hands-on IT systems support at Adelfia Navigation. He blends procurement strategy, vendor management, and port logistics with network administration and digital workflow automation to keep global vessel operations efficient and within budget. A serial entrepreneur, he co-founded QuRabbit to deliver QR-based web and mobile payments and previously led digital agencies, showing a knack for turning technical ideas into customer-facing products. His background in computer science and an MSc in Management underpin a rare hybrid of technical depth and commercial acumen, enabling pragmatic digital improvements in family-run maritime operations.
