Top SchoolEvgenii Sukhanov is a Staff Software Engineer based in Berlin with nine years of deep iOS expertise and a strong track record in mobile architecture, cross-platform engineering, and team leadership. He has driven core ride-hailing features at Bolt while progressing from Senior iOS Developer to Staff level and has hands-on experience across Android and backend systems. As a former iOS Platform Lead at Tutu.ru he led migrations, CI/CD automation, and a Junior iOS Academy, hiring and interviewing dozens of engineers. He also founded EventPanel to turn messy product analytics into a single source of truth with auto-generated tracking code, revealing an operator’s mindset for instrumentation and data quality. Comfortable with both legacy and modern stacks (RxSwift, Combine, SwiftUI, Composable Architecture), Evgenii blends pragmatic shipping with thoughtful documentation and experiment processes. Colleagues know him for improving engineering hygiene—docs, repo templates, and repeatable CI—so teams scale without losing velocity.
