Top SchoolEzequiel Castaño is a Senior Manager in AI/ML with 10 years of hands-on experience delivering scalable MLOps and big-data solutions at PwC Argentina, leading multidisciplinary teams to productionize models with strong emphasis on software quality and cost-effective cloud architectures. He is highly proficient in Python, PySpark, Databricks on Azure, NiFi and containerization, and routinely designs CI/CD pipelines, loosely coupled components and testing strategies that turn notebooks into maintainable software. His background blends applied research and industry: exchange research at TU Ilmenau on autonomous systems and an internship at TRUMPF on smart factory simulation inform his pragmatic approach to simulation, optimization and Bayesian modeling. A seasoned educator and mentor, he has taught Python and data science courses, organized internal training, and contributed teaching materials and projects on his GitHub and personal site. Not obvious from titles alone, he pairs deep technical execution with a track record of establishing onboarding tooling and developer practice standards that accelerate team productivity. Based in Argentina, he combines systems-engineering rigor with a continual curiosity for probabilistic methods and simulation-driven ML.
