Top SchoolFabian Mora Robles is an Engineering Manager with over 15 years in the medical device industry, leading multisite teams across Costa Rica and the United States to deliver manufacturing excellence and new product introductions. He combines hands-on process engineering experience—from CNC and laser operations to IQ/OQ/PQ validations—with proven leadership in Lean/Kaizen, Six Sigma, and KPI-driven decision making. Notable results include boosting a program’s yield by ~25% in six months, coordinating peer groups across four plants, and driving CapEx projects that strengthened operations. He excels at bridging technical and business priorities, developing engineers into technical leaders, and standardizing practices across sites to reduce variation. Fabian holds a Master’s in Project Management and Dale Carnegie Leadership certification, and is open to global roles with relocation and travel flexibility. A practical problem-solver, he still draws on his early precision machining background to inform pragmatic, shop-floor-focused improvements.
