Summary
Fabien Lefebvre is a seasoned digital design and signal processing leader with over 20 years of microelectronics experience and more than a decade managing 10–15 engineer teams. At NXP he has steered SOC and ASIC projects across automotive ASIL-B safety domains, cable Docsis 3.1 receivers, and IoT baseband modems, working down to 28nm FD‑SOI and delivering hardware accelerators including IEEE754 floating-point units. He combines hands-on RTL expertise (VHDL/Verilog, SystemC, HLS), security primitives (AES/3DES/RNG) and FPGA/emulation flows with practical software experience on iOS devices. Twice a project lead for set-top-box SoCs and currently driving digital architecture for motor control and touch-screen applications, he prefers to lead by example while continuing technical development. Based in the Greater Le Havre area, he pairs rigorous Télécom Paris and École Polytechnique training with an engineer’s curiosity—evident in his hobby crafting electrostatic speakers and his self-styled “code-forging” persona.
