Top SchoolFabio Angeletti is a PhD-trained deep tech entrepreneur who bridges academic research and commercial impact as CEO and Co‑Founder of LEAF, a Rome-based innovation firm that scouts and builds emerging AI, IoT, and hardware-software solutions for companies preparing to transform. He launched LEAF during COVID, learning rapidly from three early product failures to develop a playbook for turning complex R&D into simple, scalable products and go-to-market strategies. Fabio teaches deep tech and AI applications at LUISS and Luiss Business School, translating frontline project experience into executive and student curricula across industries and languages. With 11 years of engineering and R&D experience spanning medical devices, structural monitoring, and embedded IoT, he pairs hands-on technical leadership with a posture toward long-term technological shifts. Outside work he blends electronics and IT interests with a love of sports and travel—an indicator of the practical curiosity that drives his scouting of what others won’t see for years.
