Senior🎓
Top SchoolFabio Botelho is a seasoned Software Engineering Manager based in Rio de Janeiro with over two decades of hands-on experience building secure, enterprise-grade GRC and risk management platforms. He leads development of a complex, multi-tenant flagship product while modernizing stacks with .NET 6, Clean Architecture and DDD, combining deep expertise in C++, C#, web frameworks, BI (Tabular/DAX/PowerBI) and cloud microservices on Azure. His background spans roles from C++ developer to QA coordinator, Product Owner and engineering manager, giving him a rare end-to-end perspective on requirements, architecture, testing and delivery. He brings formal security know-how—ISO-15408, cryptography and PKI—into product design, making compliance and secure development first-class concerns. Known for translating regulatory and client needs into scalable technical solutions, he also voluntarily let a PMP lapse, reflecting a preference for agile leadership over credential maintenance.
