Top SchoolFábio Ribas is a pragmatic technical leader with 10 years of experience delivering Java-based and cloud-first solutions across financial and fraud-prevention domains. Known for clear storytelling and rigorous grooming of requirements, he ensures teams share a common understanding while enforcing quality through refactoring, clean code and unit testing. He pairs solid legacy-system experience (Cobol, DB2) with modern practices (GitHub Actions, Dynatrace, Grafana) and a Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification, making him effective in heterogeneous landscapes.
