Senior🎓
Top SchoolFabrizio Bellicano is a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer with 11 years of experience building automation-first infrastructure and self-service platforms across AWS, GCP and Kubernetes. He combines deep hands-on skills in Terraform, Python, CI/CD and observability with a proven record of migrating and maintaining complex clusters while driving SOC2 compliance and internal developer velocity. Comfortable switching between software and hardware, he’s equally likely to script an API or prototype an electronics hack to solve a problem. Fabrizio has led teams, run on-call rotations, and designed organisational practices—introducing ITIL, knowledge management and onboarding processes to raise team efficiency and culture. He contributes to internal open-source tooling and pipeline templates, and mentors colleagues through workshops on soft skills and communication. Based in Warsaw, he brings a curious, T-shaped mindset that seeks elegant, repeatable solutions rather than quick fixes.
