Senior🎓
Top SchoolFadi Badine is a Product Manager and seasoned software engineer with over 20 years of experience designing and shipping telecom and messaging systems, currently leading product and platform efforts at Enghouse Networks. He blends hands-on engineering with strategic product leadership—replacing legacy XML systems with modern REST APIs, introducing automated testing and CI/CD, and architecting Keycloak-based SSO across multiple products. His work scaled deployments to millions of users and reduced operational friction (for example cutting service creation time by 40% and improving processing efficiency in earlier roles). A former team lead and core developer at Jinny Software, he has deep expertise in real-time charging, billing APIs, and multi-tenant MMSC systems. Based in France, he pairs an MSc in Electrical Engineering with a pragmatic focus on security, performance, and measurable business impact. Notably, he moves fluidly between product strategy and low-level optimization, mentoring engineers while owning major release lifecycles.
