Top SchoolFagner Moura is a seasoned Staff Software Engineer based in São Paulo with 15 years of professional experience and over 25 years involved in technology, combining deep software engineering, data architecture, and leadership. He has led multi-squad engineering and data teams, cut acquisition costs dramatically through data-driven strategies, and driven cloud-native transformations using AWS and Google Cloud. As an independent consultant he designed modern data stacks, built RAG-based chatbots and autonomous agents, and implemented OLAP solutions with ClickHouse and Spark. His background in philosophy and executive education in MarTech and big data hints at a reflective, strategy-minded approach to technical decisions and team dynamics.
