He specializes in AWS, Apache Spark, EMR, DBT, Python and TypeScript, and has repeatedly moved between senior and staff roles at fast-growing product companies to scale data platforms for production use. Comfortable both architecting systems and shipping code, Faiz has a strong automation and testing background dating back to early careers in software and test automation, which informs his pragmatic approach to reliability and observability.
