Senior🎓
Top SchoolFarrukh Yakubov is an operations and strategy leader with 15+ years turning chaotic growth into repeatable, scalable systems across construction, residential development, fintech, and online trading. He specializes in operational architecture—SOPs, reporting frameworks, risk controls, job costing, and disciplined execution—and is typically engaged when growth outpaces structure or risks begin to mount. Farrukh has built and run companies from the ground up (CFO/CVO/COO roles), overseen a 60-unit development at board level, and rebuilt end-to-end operations for trades businesses to restore margin control and delivery predictability. Since 2018 he has overseen trader risk exposure and loss limits for an online trading firm, blending operational rigor with financial discipline. Comfortable leading distributed, cross-border teams across North America, Turkey, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia, he combines hands-on project delivery with investor-level oversight. Based in the NYC metro area and open to remote leadership roles, Farrukh brings a rare mix of construction-site pragmatism and institutional risk governance.
