Top SchoolFederico Abad is a product and UX-focused designer with 13 years of experience crafting digital experiences from fintech to public services, currently leading Experiencias at Brubank in Buenos Aires. He blends pragmatic design sensibility with a playful, human-centered approach—"hecho con amor y sentido común"—and a track record of shipping usable features across banking, crypto, and government projects. Past roles include Product and UX Design at Xapo Bank and Sub-Gerente Operativo de Usabilidad for the City of Buenos Aires, where he tackled complex service and tax flows. Early work at Taringa and Popcorn Time reflects a comfort with fast-moving, experimental teams and community-minded products. Federico is skilled at translating ambiguous problems into clear, usable interfaces while keeping product, engineering, and policy constraints aligned. He brings a curious, hands-on ethos and a knack for making “cositas” that delight real users.
