Top SchoolFederico Kauffman is a bilingual (four languages) technology leader and CTO with 11 years of experience building and operating web-scale products from Montevideo. He blends hands-on engineering—JavaScript, Ruby, Go, Java, Bash—with DevOps and cloud deployments on AWS and Heroku, and has led teams delivering software used by millions. A computer engineer by training, his thesis on unsupervised analysis of Twitter mentions earned top honors and foreshadowed his interest in applied ML and data-driven systems. He is an active community organizer and speaker—hosting Montevideo’s JS meetups and co-authoring a top 10% Ember addon—bringing a collaborative, teaching-oriented approach to technical leadership. Notably, he has driven CI/CD automation across dozens of clients and scaled meetup attendance and diversity through deliberate community programs.
